Agility Trial Online Payment Page!

To  pay online using PayPal for a Jump City agility trial, please follow the instructions below. 

Note - this is a very basic transaction.  Just pick your classes & add to shopping cart.  The processing fee is built in.  This payment process does not build an entry form for you.  You will still need to create an entry form & send it to the Trial Secretary.

Pay through PayPal by using the drop down menus below.  The following prices are based on 1st class at $21 & 2nd class at $15 , 3rd class at $15 & $2.50 processing fee per day.

FIRST:
Download one of the entry forms (you have a choice of a PDF or a Word fill-in entry form) &  fill in all necessary information.  Be sure to put the Club Name and Dates of the trial at the top.  Check the boxes for the classes, jump height & levels that you want to enter.  Check the premium for each trial to see which classes and days are offered.

Save the entry form on your computer.  Attach in an email & send to to jmo@earthlink.net  Please put the trial name in the subject line (ex: HDOC entry)

You may then use the same file for future trials.  Just change the Club Name & Dates and any other information that might have changed.

NEXT:
Use the drop down menus to choose classes for for Friday, Saturday or Sunday.  Click on the Add to Cart button and complete the payment through PayPal.  Be sure to add the club code & your dog's call name.
Your entry is not complete until payment is received.
 

DO NOT send entry form nor fees until Opening date.  Payment must be received by the closing date & time.  If payment is received after closing date & time, I will reject your entry & your payment will be refunded minus the processing fees.   PayPal payments have a time stamp so I can tell when the payment was entered.
